ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Travel Expenses
Any travel expenses incurred for on-site consultations or training sessions outside of the consultant's base location will be billed separately at actual cost.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon booking any service, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
